But in the long run, living up to someone else’s expectations is exhausting. “No” is a short and simple word. Moreover, it’s a complete sentence which often doesn’t require additional explanations. But is it really as simple as it seems? Why do so many people experience difficulties refusing to do something or rejecting an offer? How to say “no” without feeling guilty? Interested?
